How to use
Step 1: Open OpenClaw and import the Appointment Bot template. Step 2: Connect your calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly) via the integration module. Step 5: Configure the reminder flow: set when and how often the bot sends reminders (e.g. 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment). Step 6: Set rules for changes and cancellations, including a deadline for free cancellation. Step 7: Test the full booking process and publish the bot.
