How to use

Step 1: Go to the OpenClaw dashboard and select "Import New Template". Step 2: Choose the FAQ Bot template and select the variant that fits your needs. Step 3: Add your frequently asked questions by entering them manually or uploading an existing FAQ document. Step 4: Configure the categories in which questions are grouped (e.g. "Orders", "Returns", "Account"). Step 5: Set a fallback message for questions the bot cannot answer, including the option to transfer to a human agent. Step 6: Enable the feedback feature so visitors can indicate whether the answer was helpful. Step 7: Test all FAQ scenarios and publish the bot.
